Accommodation

South room
We have ten tasteful, well appointed bedrooms, 8 of which have ensuite bathrooms. The 'Carriage House' and the West Room both have ensuite shower rooms.
This year 2010 we have renewed all the beds of Matchani with memory foam mattresses.
All the rooms have tea and coffee making facilities with a selection of teas and biscuits.

West room
All the bathrooms have shampoos, bath gel, make-up remover pads and hairdryers. The towels are changed daily.
Pool towels are provided and these can be taken to the beach. We have over 1000 paperback books, plus an ironing board and iron.
 

ALL ROOMS have climate control hot or cold air and ceiling fans.
The tap water at Matchani Gran is perfect to drink as we have our own well with an ultra violet system and charcoal filters. There are no mosquitoes at Matchani.

North 1 ,2 and 3 Bedrooms.
These three rooms are on the north side of the house, overlooking the countryside. Each room has its own 220 square foot patio, separated by planters with a table and chairs for relaxing enjoying the country.All of them have en suite bathrooms, ceiling fans, and air conditioning (hot/cold)

North 1 and North 3 offers the choice between twin beds or double bed (king size), and North 2 has a double bed.
The Carriage House.
This room is situated on the edge of the wood and was originally used to store the Sunday Carriage. It has a ensuite shower room just upgraded and offers the choice between twin beds or double bed (king size).
In summer it keeps a comfortable temperature because of its fan and air conditioning (hot and cold)
The private south facing patio, with loungers and tables, offers total seclusion as it is surrounded by trees and cacti. 		South 1, 2 , 3 and Four Poster Bedrooms Air-conditioned.
These rooms are accessed at the front of the house through a spacious, airy patio . This, together with the porch offer a shaded relaxing sitting area. All of them have en suite bathrooms, ceiling fans and air conditioning (hot/cold).
All of them offer the choice between twin beds or double bed (king size), and South 2 has a third bed.
South 4 has a third bed too, and is situated in the West Wing of the house, with ceilings reaching 13ft. and overlooks the lawn and gardens at the front of the house.
The West 1 and 2 Rooms Air-conditioned.
Both have their own entrance at the side of the house and offers the choice between twin beds or double bed (king size).
West 2 has an en suite bathroom, ceiling fan and air-conditioning with a separate shady patio surrounded by planters, with chairs and table.
West 1 was originally used for smoking sausages and still has the antique wall oven ,it has an en suite shower room, ceiling fan and air-conditioning
